Chief Guest

This episode nails the latecomers who boast of their habit. The episode starts with the announcement that the Chief Guest Jaspal Bhatti will be soon coming to grace the occasion to which he turns out but very late. He goes on to address the audience reminiscing about how he took on to become the professional 'Chief Guest'.
