With Mogul fighting for its future and Alec Stewart in America discussing a Caribbean partnership with Zenith, a stormy board meeting ends with Brian Stead dismissing Peter Thornton, now a director, before collapsing with what looks like a serious heart attack. From his hospital bed Stead asks Thornton to travel to Paris for talks with a French oil magnate, but Thornton points out that he is no longer a Mogul employee.
