A Run For Their Money

Alec Stewart is sent to Llaneris in South Wales to steer Mogul's plans for a £30 million refinery and deep-water dock past local opposition. Stewart finds the preservationist campaign led by Grace Trevor, an old wartime acquaintance, while dockers' shop steward Elwyn Leonard fears the scheme will cost jobs in the long run. With nationalist Gareth Morris also on the attack, the matter goes to a public enquiry.
